The expansion of student enrolment and increase in academic programmes is expected in successive five years. By so doing, expansion of College infrastructure is expected in terms of buildings and other supporting infrastructure. In order to meet these demands the College administration has acquired a plot of land measuring 300 acres and more land is expected to be acquired in order to meet the demand in future. This plot is located along the great Mwanza road in Nala village 16 kilometers from the centre of Dodoma Municipal. Building of college structure is expected to start in three years to come. Meanwhile the college has two operating campuses at Dodoma municipality, which are Dodoma city centre (CCT premise near Dodoma Regional Referal Hospital). This campus has four courses; i.e Medical Laboratory sciences, Nursing and midwifery,Social Work and Community Health Workers.

The other campus is NALA, which occupies 300 acres. This campus has Three courses, include Pharmaceutical Sciences,Clinical Medicine and  Laboratory Assistant. Nala campus is aroud 16km from Dodoma City Centre.

1. Building of pharmaceutical plants for both learning/training and services provision to the community​.
2. Establishment of botanical garden of medical plants for training, research and medicine production.
