Community development refers to progress resulting to promoting standard of living. Countries around the world are going through rapid economic changes, resulting from the current fast developments in science and technology. The specific objectives of this programme are to develop knowledge and skills of learners in applying communication knowledge and skills to the society in order to promote community development practices also learner applying socio-psychology knowledge and skills in promoting behavior change for community development.

3. Course Requirements

Holders of Certificate of Secondary Education Examination (CSEE) with at least four (4) passes in non-religious subject.

Holders of Basic Technician Certificate (NTA Level 4 ) in Community Development, Social Work, Gender, Youth Work OR Advanced Certificate of Secondary Education Examination (ACSEE) with at least one Principal pass and one Subsidiary in Principal subjects.
